Professor Emmanuel Eriba Otor was former Dean, Students Affairs and Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic), Rev. Fr. Moses Orshio Adsau University, Makurdi, Benue State (2025-2026).

Professor Otor chaired the third visit of the Affiliation Resource Verification Committee of the Rev. Fr. Moses Orshio Adsau University to Legacy College of Management and Administration on 28th April 2026.
Prof. Otor is currently a visiting professor to Legacy College with the view to ensure smooth take-off and stabilization of the institution.
